Flagship Properties Acquires Rent the Upstate
Flagship Properties, a Greenville-based real estate company, has acquired Rent the Upstate, LLC, of Greer.
The acquisition will add homes formerly managed by Rent the Upstate in Greer, Simpsonville, and Greenville’s Eastside, to the inventory of homes currently managed by Flagship Properties. The combined companies will do business as Flagship Property Management.

Smith, who opened Flagship Properties nearly three years ago, has more than 17 years of real estate experience. During his career, he has managed more than 3,000 real estate transactions and $750 million in closed real estate sales.
