Linda Jones as Residential Coordinator. Jones, who has previous experience in property and residential real estate management, most recently worked in administration at the Mauldin Chamber of Commerce. In her new role, Jones will help coordinate the administrative functions for the Residential sales and leasing divisions.

Marsha Gossett as Commercial Coordinator. Gossett, who has experience in real estate administration, marketing design and adwork, most recently worked with Keller Williams in Greenville. In her new role, Gossett will be working to create marketing material as well as managing the administrative functions for Flagship’s Commercial division.

Flagship Properties Acquires Rent the Upstate

Flagship Properties, a Greenville-based real estate company, has acquired Rent the Upstate, LLC, of Greer.

The acquisition will add homes formerly managed by Rent the Upstate in Greer, Simpsonville, and Greenville’s Eastside, to the inventory of homes currently managed by Flagship Properties. The combined companies will do business as Flagship Property Management.

Joshua Tew has been accepted as an intern at Flagship Properties, a real estate company that offers residential sales, commercial sales and leasing, and property management services. Tew will assist the company’s principals with ongoing business development efforts, focusing on market research, marketing implementation and real estate company operations.

Tew currently is in the master’s program for business administration at Clemson University. He graduated from Clemson in 2010 with a bachelor’s in civil engineering with emphasis on construction engineering and management. He is president of Clemson University’s MBA Student Association and is a Student Senator for Clemson University’s graduate student government. Tew also is a member of the PULSE Leadership Enrichment Committee of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce.
