When I think back over all the issues that came up over the course of the extensive renovations, I cannot think of a single one in which I was not happy with the discussions, the valuable input from Josh and Benji, your coordination with contractors, the City of Greenville, and tenants, and the end results. We really appreciate all the hard work to keep everything on schedule, within budget, and obtaining quality tenants so quickly after the renovations.
