Originally hailing from Florida, Sandy Moffitt made the move to the Greenville area with her US Marine husband and two young sons in 1998. Drawn by the Upstate’s outstanding natural beauty, affordability and family friendly atmosphere, Sandy quickly began giving back to the community that had so warmly welcomed her. She spends much of her free time pitching in as a Meals on Wheels volunteer, participates in the Race for the Cure each year, and has generously given her time to both the Brookwood Church and Mauldin High School – the very school that helped pass on the strong community values that led her two sons to join the US Marines and the Greenville Fire Service, respectively.
Sandy has been working in local real estate since 2004, and since her move to Flagship in 2010 she’s become an integral part of the team. As a veteran of several personal moves she truly understands the stress of relocation, and knows that the job of any good realtor is to make the move as seamless as possible for them.
Sandy places a high premium on building trust with her clients. “Integrity and honesty are the keys to being a successful agent,” she says, “and communicating along every step of the process is beneficial to both buyers and sellers.” She loves nothing more than to help someone find the right home, and feels that the best compliment she could ever receive is a referral from a past client.
Whether you’re buying your first home or moving into a larger property, and whether you’re moving from down the street or the other side of the world, if you’re relocating to the Upstate Sandy is the agent you need. After raising her family in the Golden Strip for 16 years she knows every inch of Greenville County, and will be more than happy to lend a helping hand in facilitating your move into this warm, welcoming community.
