As a 4th generation Greenvillian and a graduate of both Eastside High School and the University of South Carolina, Lea Dwyer’s roots are firmly planted in Greenville County. Lea lives on Greenville’s Eastside with her husband, Pat, and her son, Brayden, and her entire family still lives in the area.
Lea is involved with her community as an active member of the Brushy Creek Elementary School PTA, and spends much of her free time watching her son play baseball for Northwood Little League. She’s involved with the Commerce Club and the Greenville Board of Realtors, and is an active member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church.
After spending over a decade working in corporate advertising sales for Bellsouth, in 2003 Lea took the skills she’d learned into the Greenville real estate business. She believes that her experience in advertising is what makes her a great real estate agent, and loves to run open houses: “Getting someone in your house is the most important thing you can do!”
Lea loves to work with both buyers and sellers, and relishes the opportunity to represent her client’s best interests from contract to closing. But nothing makes her happier than to work with a buyer to find the perfect home. As a lifelong Greenvillian she has the local perspective on everything from the schools, stores and churches to traffic patterns in the county, and her native knowledge is invaluable to her clients. She knows that there’s no better place to live than Greenville, and she won’t give up until she finds the perfect house for every buyer.
