They were very attentive in listening to our needs and finding locations that matched those requirements. We did not waste a lot of time looking at spaces that didn’t fit the bill. The detailed knowledge of the team, the positive attitude and the friendly approach made the search process enjoyable. When I think back over all the issues that came up over the course of the extensive renovations, I cannot think of a single one in which I was not happy with the discussions, the valuable input from Josh and Benji, your coordination with contractors, the City of Greenville, and tenants, and the end results.
