- Benji Smith and Josh Tew represented Oakwood Properties of the Upstate in leasing 1,500 SF of medical space to Florida Men’s Medical Clinic at 2078 Woodruff Rd. Ste. B, Greenville, SC.
- Benji Smith and Josh Tew represented JenBella Properties, LLC in leasing office space to Monarch Mortgage and in the expansion of existing tenant, Redi Group, to additional space within the building at 3519 Pelham Rd., Greenville, SC.
- Josh Tew represented the landlord, JSN Investments, LLC, in the following leasing transactions at 637 Congaree Road: 4,400 SF to Confections, LLC, 2,000 SF to The Pole Academy, LLC, and 2,000 SF to American Dance Club.
- Josh Tew represented the landlord, PC&J, LLC in the renegotiation of the following leases at 4013 and 4015 Pelham Court, Greer: 2,500 SF to Vintage House, LLC, and 2,500 SF to J&M Services, LLC.
- Josh Tew represented American Foam and Fabric, in purchasing building site at 91 Sonia Drive, Greer, SC for their new corporate headquarters.
- Benji Smith represented the landlord in the renewal of 3,000 SF office located at 492 Garlington Rd.,Greenville, SC to Spirit Communications.
- Benji Smith represented the landlord in the renewal of 10,000 SF of distribution warehouse located at 3092 S. Hwy. 14, Greer, SC, to Baby Furniture Plus Kids, Inc.
- Benji Smith represented DryClean USA in leasing 1,625 SF of retail space located at 802 S. Batesville Rd., Greer, SC.
