• Benji Smith and Josh Tew represented the seller, Providence Baptist Church, in selling a church building and 10 acres at 2020 Gibbs Shoals Road, Greer, SC to Our Lady of La Vang Catholic Church/The Catholic Diocese of Charleston.
• Benji Smith and Josh Tew represented the purchaser, Medical Consultants of the Carolinas, Inc., in purchasing an 8,290 SF medical building at 103 S. Venture Drive, Greenville, SC.
• Benji Smith represented the tenant, Comprehensive and Cosmetic Dental Studio of Greenville, P.A., in leasing 2,350 SF at Main + Stone, 644 N. Main Street, Greenville, SC.
• Josh Tew and Caldwell Johnston represented the landlord in the lease of 1,950 SF office space to The Bachtel Group @ Keller Williams at 316 Prado Way, Greenville, SC.
• Josh Tew represented the landlord in the lease of 2,400 SF office space to Al and Karima Reid at 22 W Antrim Drive, Greenville, SC.
• Josh Tew represented the tenant, The Art Cellar, LLC in leasing 5,489 SF at 233 N Main Street, Greenville, SC.
• Josh Tew represented the landlord in the lease of 2,100 SF retail space to LOTUS Farm and Garden Supply at 1259 S Pleasantbrug, Greenville, SC.
